Install Notes:

1) Open and extract the files to your desktop

Note: It is very important that you do this step 1st
Go into the hosts setup folder:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Note: It is a good idea to make a backup of the host file,
just copy and paste it to your Docs folder

Open the host document,the one in
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
(I use Notepad to open it),
Minimize it for now.

Open the folder named “Edit Host File”,
from the patch folder called “APCS5.1EE-PONY-”
There are detailed instructions in the patch folder
named “APCS5.1EE-PONY-”
password is “pony-”

Open the file named “host”
(I use Notepad to open it)

Copy and paste the lines, to the bottom of the host file
from
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
the one you should have minimized.

add the following lines, at the bottom of the file, to the host file:
You can just do a copy and paste

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

127.0.0.1 practivate.adobe.com

click file\save
it may ask to overwrite, click yes
Close all.

Restart your PC/Machine.

Open the folder named “APCS5.1EE’
and click on “Set-up.exe”
click on “accept”

3)
Install the app in full mode with any of the following serials.

Open the folder called “Dll Patch Instructions”
If you are running a 64-bit machine, you will use both,
32-bit and 64-bit, .dll patches.

copy and paste the 64 bit .dll to the following locations:
(no need to back it up, I have included the original)

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 (64 Bit)
adp9

copy and paste the 32 bit .dll to the following locations:
(no need to back it up, I have included the original)

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5.1
adp10

If you have any of these loaded, you will also need to
copy and paste the 32-bit .dll.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Device Central CS5.5
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder CS5.5
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Bridge CS5.1
